Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager II in New York, NY, to lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives across Privacy, Safety and Security. You will manage requirements, schedules, risks, and cross-functional coordination to deliver impact at scale.

You will collaborate with Privacy, Safety and Security leadership and stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent internal communications and successful events, while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years of experience with security or privacy domain.
• Experience managing and delivering internal events, including meetings or summits.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners across Google to keep projects aligned and on track.
• Plan and execute major Privacy, Safety and Security events (all hands, leadership summits, speaker series).
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure impact of communications and events.
