Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager III for the Core team, leading multi-disciplinary efforts across Privacy, Safety, and Security programs with executive-level communication. You will shape roadmaps, manage risks, and coordinate with engineers, product managers, and legal to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The Core team underpins Google’s flagship products, building essential systems and developer platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience creating technical roadmaps and engineering deliverables.
Experience communicating with executive and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead high-profile, cross-functional Privacy, Safety, and Security programs from scope to governance.
Identify bottlenecks, cross-product dependencies and risks, with mitigation playbooks.
Establish intake pipelines, dashboards and KPIs for data-driven program health visibility.
Translate PSS mandates and AI security frameworks into actionable roadmaps and deliverables.
Drive consensus across Software Engineers, PMs, UX and Legal with structured executive communications.
