Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary security projects across Core, Cloud, and hybrid environments. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners, including executives and engineers.

The Information Security Engineering team drives safeguarding Google’s product ecosystem, with AI-driven code migrations and agentic workflows to scale risk reduction across large, company-wide programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.
Experience with technical program management and infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of strategic programs influencing product areas with executive stakeholders.
Drive updates and secure commitments for technical security roadmaps, handle ongoing risk reviews.
Lead significant change management to coordinate teams adapting to the agentic threat landscape across large programs.
Leverage AI systems to orchestrate strategic outcomes and scale developer-facing technical rollouts.
Define, track, and report on key program metrics to drive execution and mitigate threats.
