Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with the end-to-end software development life cycle (build, test, and release).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.
• Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
• Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively; maintain trackers and status reports; manage dependencies.
• Execute change management requirements identified by program stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders and provide insights to enable effective decisions.
