Qualifications

• 8+ years in electric utility, EPC, or construction environments.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities for multiple EPC projects (substations and transmission lines).
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and environmental teams.
• Manage risk, budget, scope and governance of the program portfolio.
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and project readiness before construction.
