Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a newly formed strategy team within a global power generation leader. You will influence business strategy and drive strategic initiatives across an installed fleet of assets.

You will own programs from concept through implementation, define KPIs and roadmaps, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Hybrid working and progression opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Are you a Program Manager looking for the opportunity to influence business strategy, work directly with senior leadership, and help shape the future direction of a global service organization?

On offer is a rare opportunity to join a newly formed strategy team within a global leader in the power generation industry. You'll play a key role identifying fleet-wide risks, developing long-term improvement programs, and bringing together engineering, commercial and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives across an installed fleet of critical assets.

In this role you will own strategic programs from initial concept through to implementation planning, defining KPIs, building roadmaps, presenting to senior leadership and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure long-term business objectives are achieved.

This role would suit an experienced Program Manager from power generation, aerospace, defence or another industrial environment looking for a highly visible role with genuine strategic influence.
