The Fleet Strategy Program Manager is responsible for leading and governing fleet-wide strategic programs addressing recurring technical, operational, and commercial detractors. This role owns the program lifecycle including problem definition, prioritization, cross‑functional alignment, execution tracking, and value realization. The position serves as the integrator across RAM Engineering, Service Operations, Product Lines, Portfolio Risk, and Commercial teams, providing program structure, cadence, and transparency. Success requires strong program management discipline, executive-level communication, and the ability to balance technical depth with strategic decision‑making.
