Role Overview:
The Program Manager (PM) will be the Government's primary Point of Contact (POC) for the HUD Technical POC and will provide overall leadership and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order (TO). The PM will ensure the quality and efficiency of this award by overseeing both technical issues and business processes. This role will require proactive management of the program, including assigning tasks, supervising technical efforts, and managing overall performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Government and the Contractor's team.
  • Provide leadership and direction to all Contractor personnel assigned to the project.
  • Manage all aspects of the contract, including quality assurance, risk management, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Commit the Contractor’s organization and make decisions to resolve Government issues, concerns, and comments.
  • Ensure timely communication with the Government and proactively alert them to potential contractual or programmatic challenges.
  • Available during standard business hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST/EDT, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays).
Desired Qualifications:
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience managing multiple competing vendors and technology/infrastructure projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Expertise in Enterprise Transformation efforts, including shared services, assessments, design, IT strategy, cloud architecture, and systems integration.
  • Proven ability to execute strategies, deliverables, and effectively communicate with various stakeholders (e.g., presentations, project plans, whitepapers).
