We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join the Carrier Team in the role of Program Manager LS

The Life Science Program Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the implementation of complex, high-value and high-potential software in the Life Science vertical. The LSPM will provide cold chain management expertise, propose improvement programs to customers related to handling of Life Science products, process improvement and cold chain management /refrigeration. The PM will support visibility, key performance measurements, and actionable insights into Sensitech’s content channels, and plan and manage those activities and processes through completion with stakeholders.

The Program Manager is responsible for the implementation of Sensitech’s proprietary software. This includes tasks such as: fact finding, creating a software implementation plan, identifying and optimizing client business processes that will be affected by the software, supporting client validation efforts, continually working with the client to adopt and adapt to software development/configuration and deployment, creating supporting documentation for the program, educating and training the client on the application and best practices, constantly identifying ways to improve the user experience, using reporting/KPI’s/dashboard to ensure ongoing maintenance, visibility and management of the client cold chain program and supporting future enhancements to the software.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Utilize conceptual modeling to collect, define and scope how to translate and apply the client’s operations into software.

• Identify and apply analytics to transform customer data into valuable information/insights, then use cold chain expertise and technical writing skills to detect and communicate issues to customers and lead initiatives to promote corrective/preventive actions.

• Acts as PoC for any issues/challenges reported by customers in relation to software or reports, performs the necessary troubleshooting to confirm issues and escalates them to the responsible team. This includes preparing and tracking all program correspondence and proactively guide all stakeholders in the successful management of the program.

• Provides cold chain management expertise, propose improvement programs to customers related to handling of life science products, process improvement and cold chain management /refrigeration.

• Supports visibility, key performance measurements, and actionable insights into Sensitech’s content channels, and plan and manage those activities and processes through completion with stakeholders.

• Drives program data quality improvements based on Customer feedback and core Cold Chain performance measurements.

The PM will analyze large data sets, create and present detailed and actionable insights to customers and interpret new data needs to assist in building and strengthening business cases. The LS PM will examine data, processes, and technologies to evaluate the current state and critical challenges for both internal business functions and external customer projects. He /She will research and make recommendations about training, equipment, and technology to improve data use and drive efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA in Industrial Engineering or industry-related field with a few years of life science industry work experience.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and help customers translate functionality into use cases.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of leading long-term software implementations.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate complex principles and models in simple to understand terms.
  • Fluent English and major European languages, written and verbal are required. (Spanish/French/German/Italian).
  • Ability to balance competing demands and deal with ambiguity and an environment of change.
  • Strong critical thinking in complex situations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize project deliverables and history of quality assurance across projects.
  • Experience working directly with customers at all levels.
  • Good knowledge of process improvement and quality management methods.
  • Ability to analyze large quantities of data and create detailed and actionable summaries based on sound statistical analysis and expert commentary.
  • Must have excellent technical writing and computer skills.
  • Adept at working with MS office products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, etc.

Current knowledge of FDA and EU regulations and familiarity with GxP software requirements a plus.
