Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: US (Remote)
Summary

The ideal project manager is eager to learn, a creative problem solver, promotes collaboration, challenges the status quo, and continuously seeks to improve daily operations. In this role, you will manage large-scale projects from inception to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Manage relationships with teams, business partners, and stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of goals
  • Develop project plans to share with clients and staff
  • Support Change Management by documenting changes, assessing impacts, and preparing documentation for CAB meetings
  • Develop leadership skills continually
  • Identify opportunities for internal process improvements
  • Provide guidance or leadership support to less experienced colleagues
  • Influence colleagues to follow best practices
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven project management experience
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
  • Understanding of common PM methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet)

The salary range for this full-time role is $100,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
