Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

Core Tasks and Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Manage relationships with teams, business partners, and stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of goals
- Develop project plans to share with clients and staff
- Support Change Management by documenting changes, assessing impacts, and preparing documentation for CAB meetings
- Develop leadership skills continually
- Identify opportunities for internal process improvements
- Provide guidance or leadership support to less experienced colleagues
- Influence colleagues to follow best practices
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of proven project management experience
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
- Understanding of common PM methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet)
The salary range for this full-time role is $100,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
