Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced project manager to support the PCI PMO in Phoenix. The role requires coordinating reporting and tracking tools, maintaining team documentation, and driving program awareness through a regular newsletter.

You will collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams, manage multiple initiatives, and ensure timely execution of tasks according to standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related areas of study.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience working in information security or technology risk management.
• Proficient in MS Office suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of a program newsletter designed to drive program awareness across ETS.
• Liaison between the PCI PMO and internal teams building new reporting and tracking tools.
• Maintain team Confluence site and other collaboration tools.
• Coordinate updating of team process documents.
• Assist with tracking team activities and regularly scheduled tasks.
• Ensure execution of assigned tasks in line with standards, timelines, and objectives.
• Assist with implementing process improvements for the PCI PMO.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including vendor partners and internal teams.
• Create high quality executive-ready documentation and presentations.
