Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Phoenix is seeking a motivated program management professional to support the PCI PMO. You will drive communications, coordinate reporting tools, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives while aligning with department standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
3–5 years of project management experience.
2+ years in info security, IT/IS compliance, or technology risk management.
Proven track record leading or supporting multiple initiatives.
Proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a program newsletter to drive awareness across ETS.
Liaise between PCI PMO and teams building reporting/tracking tools.
Maintain team Confluence site and other collaboration tools.
Coordinate updating of team process documents.
Assist with tracking team activities and tasks.
Ensure execution of tasks per standards, timelines, and objectives.
Assist with process improvements for the PCI PMO.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
Create executive-ready documentation and presentations.
