Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a Project Coordinator to support IT initiatives, governance, and leadership reporting. You will coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and assist PMOs using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities include managing meetings, tracking milestones, and producing leadership status reports. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project coordination experience are required, with familiarity in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO support, or Project Administration.
• Experience supporting IT projects and technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage project meetings, including daily stand-ups, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and leadership updates.
• Track action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and project milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, meeting minutes, and decision logs.
• Support project managers in ensuring adherence to project management standards and processes.
• Coordinate communication with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Manage complex project schedules involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and follow up on assigned actions and deliverables.
• Ensure timely communication of project updates, risks, and escalations.
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using: Prepare leadership status reports, executive summaries, project scorecards, and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor project health metrics and provide insights on progress, risks, and resource capacity.
• Coordinate onboarding requests, access requests, and project setup activities.
• Assist with resource tracking, capacity planning, and project staffing coordination.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to project delivery.
• Track project deliverables and ensure follow-through on commitments.
