Job summary

Georgetown University is seeking a Program Manager for the MORCA-Georgetown Paralegal Program. The PM will coordinate daily operations, liaise with DOES, MORCA, and SCS, and drive the 20-week in-person program while ensuring timely payments and reporting.

The role focuses on outreach to law firms for paid placements, event planning, and program evaluation, supporting returning citizens through education and employment pathways.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for the Paralegal Program and coordinate with DOES, MORCA, and SCS
• Create calendars/schedules for the program and generate MOUs with partners
• Recruit law firms and organizations to provide paid placements for participants
• Deliver the 20-week program in person with PJI and SCS staff
• Ensure participants are paid and process emergency assistance funding requests
• Plan and execute program events, secure speakers, and manage fees
• Coordinate with alumni to deliver mentoring and tutoring services
• Engage in evaluation of the program and participate in planning discussions
