Oracle Health Foundation is seeking a Specialist to assist with Oracle Health Foundation’s pediatric grants.

Oracle Health Foundation is dedicated to ensuring every child has access to essential healthcare, regardless of their circumstances. Our initiatives include providing global pediatric grants for medical treatment, travel, and equipment, as well as conducting health and wellness screenings in Kansas City elementary schools to identify potential health concerns early.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Pediatric Grants Program. This remote administrative role involves data management, reporting, and supporting daily program operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

1. Pull, review, and analyze grant applications from the grant system to determine eligibility and documentation compliance.
2. Use Excel for tracking, organizing, and reporting program data.
3. Support routine program operations, including application processing and documentation.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
5. Assist with scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks.
6. Communicate with applicants via phone and email, answering questions and providing updates on application status.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project support, data analysis, or business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Non-Profit Management.
• Experience in social work, clinical settings, or insurance is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
