This is a remote position for applicants who currently reside in the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, SC, NV, PA, TN, TX. Travel expectations are 30-40%.
About the Operations Program Manager
The Operations Program Manager will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of key programs that support nationwide clinic-based operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, along with strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive program success. Currently, the Diabetic Shoe and Wound Care Programs fall under the Program Manager’s scope, with additional initiatives on the roadmap to drive clinical and financial performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven professional with a passion for enhancing patient outcomes and improvement operational efficiencies.
