Job description

Want to make a difference? Join an organization committed to sharing the hope of true transformation with those impacted by incarceration for nearly 50 years.

Prison Fellowship is the nation’s largest Christian nonprofit equipping the Church to serve currently and formerly incarcerated people and their families, and to advocate for justice and human dignity. Prison Fellowship and its church partners encounter Jesus with those behind bars, breaking cycles of crime and prayerfully anticipating a revival of justice, mercy, and hope in our culture.

Prison Fellowship is an organization committed to the highest standards of conduct, ethics and Christian values. Our conduct is guided by and grounded in the Bible, as reflected in our Statement of Faith below.

What we are looking for:

A driven and mission-focused Correctional Program Operations Manager to play a critical role in supporting the Senior Director of Correctional Program Operations and the broader team by providing analytical and operational expertise. This role will focus on data analysis, performance tracking, and process optimization to ensure the efficient execution of program initiatives. The role will also analyze budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Expectations of this role:
  • Manage and identify program data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and track performance metrics, creating dashboards and reports for leadership review.
  • Streamline program workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct financial tracking, budget analysis, and resource allocation oversight to ensure program sustainability.
  • Facilitate regular updates to PF leadership through detailed reports and data-driven presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assist the Senior Director in maintaining strategic partnerships with major reentry organizations.
  • Leverage technology and analytical tools to enhance program operations and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, and organizational policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new technologies and software tools.
  • Knowledge of technical writing and the development of documentation and training materials.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • This is a remote/work from home position with a 25% travel component.
What we offer:

At Prison Fellowship, our goal is to support the total well-being of all our employees. Our benefit offerings for full-time employees include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement account funding, flexible spending accounts, paid maternity and parental leave benefits, and more. Our outstanding benefits package includes paid leave starting at 39 days (14 holidays, 15 vacation days, 10 sick days) after one year of employment. Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. In addition, we offer a team-oriented, mission-driven, supportive environment with cutting-edge technology solutions and tremendous opportunity for growth and development. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $60,000 and $80,000.

OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

The Foundation of What We Believe
As a Christian organization, Prison Fellowship believes in the full authority of the Bible as God’s inspired word and the complete tenets of the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed.

We believe in one God, Creator and Lord of the Universe, the co-eternal Trinity; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ, God’s Son, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died a substitutionary atoning death on the cross, rose bodily from the dead and ascended to heaven where, as truly God and truly man, He is the only mediator between God and man. We believe that the Bible is God’s authoritative and inspired Word, without error in all its teachings.

How We Are Compelled to Live and to Act
We believe that Christians, both individually and corporately, must submit to the Bible, as God’s authoritative, divine and inspired Word, in all matters of belief and conduct.
