Job summary

Revivn is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for our Fresno, CA facility. This in-person role will own customer interactions from start to finish, coordinate returns and warranties, and work with the repair and inventory teams to ensure accurate data and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in ecommerce/retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning and using warehouse management systems and support platforms.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own customer support tickets from initial contact through resolution.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, warranties, and defective item claims.
• Communicate professionally with customers via email and support platforms.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and keep customers informed.
