We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Manager of Pharmacotherapy - Brooklyn. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for creating and managing a specialized pharmacotherapy clinical program within an oncology team, troubleshooting pharmacotherapy challenges, and supervising all pharmacotherapy needs in an oncology pharmacy clinical program. The position also involves creating, implementing, and managing a clinical pharmacotherapy program with a focus on participation in a collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM) agreement.
Required licenses: Brd Crtfd Oncology Pharmacists, C-Collaborative Drug Thrpy Mgt, Pharmacist License-NYS.
2 or more years of post‑residency oncology clinical pharmacy practice experience after PGY2 completion; experience working in an antimicrobial stewardship program.
The salary range for the role is $121,792.21 – $190,000.00 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range does not include bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
