Socket.dev is seeking a Program Manager to oversee mental health services under the OCS program in Los Angeles County. You will supervise clinicians, case managers, and peer staff to meet contract obligations and ensure quality service delivery.
The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, LCSW/LMFT licensure (preferred), QMHP eligibility, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Strong leadership and coordination with agencies are essential.
Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Program Manager oversees the mental health services provided to all individuals open under OCS program. The Program Manager supervises the clinicians, case managers and/or peer support staff to ensure quality service delivery and meeting the contract obligations for OCS. The Program Manager also coordinates and provides oversight to the administrative functions that impact all OCS services.
Meets weekly with the Clinical Director and keep informed of all aspects of the program in a timely manner. Ensure all OCS unique protocols are being qualitatively followed and report to Clinical Director any discrepancies of established clinical and administrative systems.
Attends and participates in all pertinent SCHARP and relevant County meetings.
Other Administrative and clinical duties as assigned.
