Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of program management/operations experience.
• Experience planning and managing multi-stakeholder programs in a highly innovative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to create/edit reports and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of OCINO programs including NextUP and StartUP Fund, oversee applications, communications, evaluation, due diligence, and post-award reporting.
• Develop, manage and execute marketing and communications for OCINO initiatives; manage OCINO website.
• Administrate OCINO CRM/database, generate reports and analytics for leadership decisions.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external innovation stakeholders to grow OCINO impact and ensure sustainability.
