Job summary

Axiom Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the NOAA Office of Ocean Exploration (OER).

The role encompasses planning, coordination, and execution of ocean-related projects and partnerships, delivering management and inter-agency coordination for NOPP and ONR collaborations. You will coordinate budgets, prepare IAA/MOUs, draft work plans, and report progress to leadership while liaising with PMEL and NOAA science programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing federal contracts or project teams.
• Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of ocean projects with NOAA labs, universities, and CI partners.
• Define requirements, plan missions, schedule, and allocate resources to meet science goals.
