Catholic Charities Boston is seeking a Program Manager to lead a nursing assistant and home health aide training program, preparing students for state exams and healthcare careers. The role combines classroom instruction, curriculum oversight, and coordination with clinical practicum sites.

You will hire and supervise instructors, ensure compliance with Mass DPH standards, track attendance, and support students through mentoring and assessment.

Formación

• Current Massachusetts Nursing License in good standing with educational experience requirements per state law.
• Previous teaching experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity to diverse student needs.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with Zoom/Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct classroom and laboratory instruction for students and supervise teaching staff.
• Ensure training adheres to DPH/DPL standards and best practices.
• Track attendance and enter data into program databases.
• Assess student proficiency and document progress in files.
• Coordinate clinical practicum training in long-term care facilities.
