Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license for the state(s) assigned.
• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical experience, home health or hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement training programs for Personal Care and Home Health Aide staff.
• Deliver classroom instruction and hands-on clinical education to caregivers.
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and checklists.
• Provide supervision and training to clinical staff and oversee orientation.
• Maintain records of attendance, competencies, and continuing education; ensure regulatory compliance.
