LARE Institute seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide Lead Instructor to deliver CNA/HHA coursework at our Andover and Chelsea locations. The role involves classroom, lab, and clinical instruction with ongoing evaluation of student performance and strict adherence to Massachusetts DPH regulations.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Massachusetts RN license, have at least two years in long-term care, and possess at least one year of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum two years of long-term care experience.
• Minimum one year of teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CNA/HHA classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction per curriculum and regulations.
• Monitor student performance, track attendance, and report compliance.
• Maintain accurate student records and required program documentation.
• Ensure clinical and program compliance with policies and regulations.
