Job summary

Noveon Magnetics, based in San Marcos, Texas, seeks a Certified Manufacturing Project Manager to drive the lifecycle of industrial installation, equipment fabrication, and commissioning projects at our facility. You will lead schedules, track resources, and manage budgets while coordinating with independent discipline leads across mechanical, electrical, piping, and fabrication domains.

The role requires PMP certification, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years’ manufacturing project experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial construction.
• PMP required; strong scheduling and BOM procurement.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for design reviews.
• Experience coordinating with independent leads across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project schedules, monitor budgets, and track BOM procurement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of mechanical, electrical, piping, and fabrication leads.
• Identify risks and report progress to plant leadership.
• Ensure milestones meet the critical path and timelines.
