Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a regulated aerospace and defense environment in Washington D.C. This on-site role leads cross-functional efforts to drive new product development from concept through production.

You will coordinate engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance and supply chain, serve as product owner, and oversee financial reporting and capacity planning to shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading new product development in a regulated environment.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies, capacity planning, and program management tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and establishment of a new internal product organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
• Drive new product development efforts from concept through production lifecycle.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and serve as product owner throughout development.
• Oversee financial reporting, capacity planning, and support product strategy and roadmap development.
