Job summary

XLA is seeking a highly accomplished Program Manager to serve as the primary contractor representative and Key Personnel supporting the FBI Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF) Program Support Services contract.

The Program Manager will provide executive leadership, operational oversight, financial accountability, workforce management, and customer engagement across a multidisciplinary team supporting the FBI HSTF National Coordination Center (NCC).

Job Overview

XLA is seeking a highly accomplished Program Manager (PM) to serve as the primary contractor representative and Key Personnel supporting the FBI Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF) Program Support Services contract.

The Program Manager will provide executive leadership, operational oversight, financial accountability, workforce management, and customer engagement across a multidisciplinary team supporting the FBI HSTF National Coordination Center (NCC). The PM will be responsible for successful execution of all contract requirements while serving as the primary interface with the Government.

This position requires an experienced federal program manager with a strong background in financial management, accounting, audit support, budget execution, internal controls, compliance, and financial intelligence analysis supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence, homeland security, or national security organizations.
