Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years progressive management experience in production or office setting.
• 4+ years leading HQ or large teams and seasonal workforce.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at the assigned location to meet requirements and standards.
• Coordinate staffing and project delivery across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with Privacy Act, PII standards, and internal controls.
• Deliver timely performance data to the Government for oversight.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Brief stakeholders and participate in conferences as needed.
• Support USG studies and program evaluations.
• Ensure conformance with contract provisions and metrics.
