Job summary

Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting the National Guard Bureau's DOMOPS mission. Located on-site in Arlington, VA, the role demands executive leadership, staffing oversight, and strong customer engagement to deliver operational, analytical, planning, and program support activities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in federal/military contexts, a TS clearance, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Federal/DoD/NGB/military operations or related mission environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Public Administration, Program Management, Emergency Management, National Security).
• Active Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary GTech management point of contact for NGB/customer leadership.
• Provide leadership and oversight for personnel supporting multiple NGB DOMOPS mission areas.
• Manage staffing, performance, schedules, deliverables, quality, risks, and emerging priorities.
• Maintain staffing for 24/7 operations and time-sensitive requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, onboarding, transitions, retention, and backfill of vacancies.
• Ensure team members maintain required clearances, training, and qualifications.
• Oversee program reports, status updates, and customer deliverables.
• Coordinate support for exercises, events, and emergency response activities.
