Job summary

RTX in Aurora, CO is seeking a Systems Engineer – Mission Management to support MBSE-driven analyses, requirements decomposition, and interface control. You will work with the software team in an Agile environment to design capabilities and participate in test activities on-site in Aurora.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain Special Program Access.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with the systems engineering lifecycle and related functions.
Development experience on government contracts.
Experience in systems engineering or systems integration and test.
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain Special Program Access.

Responsibilities

Perform MBSE-based analyses to define how the system works.
Decompose requirements, define interfaces, and plan validation methods.
Collaborate with software engineers in Agile development for capability design.
Support test program execution, test architecture, verification, and validation.
Assist regression testing across releases to the program baseline.
Attend technical reviews and technical interchange meetings.
