Ideal candidate brings strong budgeting, lifecycle planning, and project oversight experience, plus leadership for technical staff and cross-functional collaboration with AVN and regulatory partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Five years of professional experience in program and project management, preferably in government/public sector.
• Working conditions may require evening/weekend work to support 24/7 operations.
• Finalists are subject to a criminal background check and TSA-related considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide program level direction for mechanical infrastructure aligning with AVN objectives.
• Lead preventive/predictive maintenance planning to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Oversee contracts, vendor performance, and ensure continuous improvements.
• Manage lifecycle planning and capital projects for critical systems.
• Develop and coach technical staff; coordinate across divisions for readiness.
• Prepare updates and reports to AVN leadership and stakeholders.
