Butler America Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager to own and drive the master schedule for a high-visibility RTXBBN development and production project. The role requires proven Microsoft Project experience, ability to build WBS and dependencies, and effective coordination with functional leads.

Responsibilities include resource leveling, schedule analyses, and regular governance meetings. A bachelor's degree and an active clearance are required; 5+ years in this field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Active confidential or higher clearance required.
• Strong MS Project and Office suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the master schedule for a high-visibility RTXBBN development and production project.
• Build WBS, task dependencies, and resource allocations with team input.
• Perform resource leveling and manage critical path overallocations.
• Conduct schedule analyses and compare execution options against priorities and deadlines.
• Facilitate productive meetings to status schedule items.
