Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Master of Bioethics program at Harvard Medical School. You will partner with leadership to administer daily operations, manage admissions, and guide curriculum delivery with Canvas LMS, while supporting student advising and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires coordinating with faculty and HMS offices to optimize student experience and program performance in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting post-secondary academic programs.
• Familiarity with university policies, procedures, and academic operations.
• Experience with student registration, enrollment management, and academic advising.
• Proficiency with Canvas or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Comfortable working with students, faculty, and university stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; self-starter.
• Thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and delivery of the Master of Bioethics program.
• Manage day-to-day program operations and contribute to strategic planning.
• Develop and implement program policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Manage course scheduling, calendars, materials, and Canvas sites.
• Lead recruitment, admissions lifecycle, and onboarding processes.
• Provide student advising and engagement throughout the lifecycle.
• Supervise teaching assistants and temporary staff.
• Coordinate faculty payments and program finances.
• Produce program reports and support special initiatives.
