Job Title : Associate - Integrated Strategy & Operations

Location : New York NY

About the Role :

As an Associate in Integrated Strategy & Operations, you will hold a pivotal position in the daily management of marketing workflows. Your role involves ensuring timely project deliveries, meeting expectations, and guiding projects from conceptualization to actionable insights. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Integrated Strategy & Operations, you will be integral in refining team processes to boost efficiency and satisfaction among the Growth Marketing team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of MarTech & Operations and Growth Marketing deliverables.
  • Advocate for adherence to project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Aid teams in identifying requirements and deliverables, fostering accountability to fulfill commitments.
  • Oversee timelines across cross-functional initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving blockers and dependencies.
  • Coordinate campaign kickoffs, providing structural and scoping support for selected stakeholder projects.
  • Support intake, scoping, and assignment processes for incoming requests.
  • Ensure the efficient consolidation and sharing of engagement data and outcomes.

About You :

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in program management within marketing or CRM departments.
  • Familiarity with email and mobile marketing deliverables, as well as creative processes and key tasks.
  • Demonstrate an innate attention to detail, finding satisfaction in maintaining organized and smoothly running operations.
  • Capable of proactive planning, anticipating and mitigating issues before they escalate to critical levels.
  • Skilled in quickly establishing strong working relationships and adept at collaborating in cross-functional environments.
