Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Program Manager, Marketing to align campaigns with the organization's mission and drive cross-functional initiatives across internal clients and external vendors. Job description

The Program Manager, Marketing reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Program Manager, Marketing is an experienced individual contributor. While they do not manage NM staff, they manage large projects and outside vendors. They work directly with senior internal clients. They report to a Program Director or Director. The Program Manager, Marketing is responsible for supporting their Director and other Marketing team members within team/project objectives. They are an expert in their specific discipline and understands how their specific skills contribute for maximum impact. The Program Manager, Marketing knows current technology that is relevant to the position to optimize workflow and maximize output. They have strong communication skills, judgment and are able to lead multi-functional teams. The Program Manager, Marketing supports the Director in the management and progression of key initiatives. They understand the scope and objectives of initiatives and delivers against those objectives.

Responsibilities

• Experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a hospital setting, and/or agency experience.
