Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Katy, TX that is seeking a Program Manager - Loyalty Credit Card. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead credit card program marketing within the broader loyalty strategy
  • The Program Manager will create a unified marketing calendar to drive cardholder acquisition and engagement
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution-from briefing to performance recap
  • Align marketing efforts across media, email, POS, and in-store experiences
  • Collaborate with store ops and banking partners to support team training and performance
  • Oversee creative, compliance, and proofing for outbound credit marketing
  • Partner with finance to manage costs, marketing funds, and revenue forecasting
  • The Program Manager will support executive reporting and governance updates for marketing workstreams
  • Maintain adaptability to evolving business priorities and contribute to additional tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B credit or loyalty marketing
  • Background in large-volume retail marketing preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding of credit marketing principles and data-driven analysis
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills
  • Self-starter with ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively
  • Regular onsite attendance required
  • Must meet acceptable standards of hearing and vision for role responsibilities
  • Adherence to professional conduct, hours, and policies is expected

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
