Program Manager, Legal Operations
Location: Medford, OR (On-site)

Compensation: $55,000-75,000 DOE

We’re currently seeking a Program Manager - a key role in supporting the daily functions of our Legal Department. From managing metrics and vendor relationships to overseeing impactful community initiatives, you’ll help ensure the Legal team operates efficiently and strategically.

You’ll report directly to the Legal Senior Manager and collaborate with professionals across the company to drive process improvements, track key performance indicators, and deliver critical support on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities: Legal Operations
  • Manage vendor relationships, budget tracking, and internal process enhancements.

  • Develop and report on legal department KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Coordinate team meetings, presentations, and internal communications.

  • Assist with projects like:

    • Contract lifecycle management

    • Knowledge and document management

    • Information governance and data privacy

  • Research and recommend legal operations best practices.

  • Support attorneys and legal staff with operational and administrative needs.

Community Relations
  • Track community giving, sponsorships, and volunteer efforts.

  • Monitor and report on community KPIs aligned with company goals.

  • Help distribute and track charitable grants and donations.

  • Coordinate logistics for CSR events and campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance and maintain records for all community-related initiatives.

Special Projects & Leadership Support
  • Support Legal leadership with cross-functional, high-priority projects.

  • Gather data, develop presentations, and provide research for board-level updates.

  • Assist with governance, risk, and regulatory projects.

  • Act as a go-to resource for emerging department initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio).

  • Experience using Power BI or similar platforms for dashboard/reporting.

  • Proven project management experience with strong communication skills.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a flexible mindset.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, finance, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of professional experience in legal operations, project management, or a related field.
