Municipal Justice Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Consultation:
    • Engage with municipal clients to identify their specific needs and challenges related to the justice system.
    • Conduct needs assessments and facilitate discussions to understand client requirements, workflows, and pain points.
  2. Solution Development:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, engineering, and sales teams) to develop tailored solutions that meet client specifications.
    • Create and present compelling product demonstrations and proposals aligned with client needs.
  3. Market Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the municipal justice sector, including relevant regulations, technologies, and best practices.
    • Gather insights from clients and the industry to inform product enhancements and strategic direction.
  4. Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and assist in closing deals related to municipal justice solutions.
    • Provide expertise during the sales process, answering technical questions and addressing client concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred but not necessary.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a consultative sales role, preferably within the municipal justice or public safety sector.
  • Strong understanding of municipal justice processes, including law enforcement and court operations.
  • Technical proficiency with software solutions relevant to the justice sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Salary generally ranges from $66,585 to $87,612 before adjustments for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if the position is incentive eligible.
