Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Legal Operations Project Manager to modernize the Legal function with best‑in‑class operations and AI tools. You will partner with Legal and cross‑functional teams to deliver on the Legal Ops roadmap, ensuring tooling, data, and processes scale with Harvey’s rapid growth.

You will design and implement workflows, manage requirements, and help train teams on AI-enabled initiatives while maintaining governance and reporting across the legal stack.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in operations or project management with cross-functional scope.
• In-house legal team experience with practical understanding of how Legal supports the business.
• Builder’s mindset with comfort owning multiple pieces and shaping a function.
• Experience designing and implementing processes for Legal or G&A functions, from requirements to rollout.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end legal operations projects across intake, matter management, and policy changes.
• Translate priorities into concrete project plans, timelines and execution steps.
• Support AI enablement across Legal, identify use cases, and assist training/adoption.
• Build legal metrics, dashboards and reports on workload, turnaround, and risk patterns.
• Evaluate and improve legal tech stack and vendor relationships across KM, matter tracking, e‑billing, and documents.
