Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Legal Operations Project Manager to modernize how Legal operates, combining traditional operations with AI tools to turn operational problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions. You will partner closely with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on the Legal Ops roadmap and help ensure tooling, data, and processes support Harvey’s rapid growth.

Qualifications

3 to 6 years in an operations or project management role.
Experience working with an in-house legal team.
Builder mindset; enjoys shaping a developing function.
Experience designing and implementing processes/systems for Legal or G&A.
Comfort working with Legal and technical teams; interest in applying AI tools.
Ability to operate in a globally distributed organization.
Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with familiarity of legal tech.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end legal operations projects, including requirements gathering, workflows, and cross-functional coordination.
Translate priorities into concrete project plans, timelines and execution steps.
Support AI enablement across Legal, including evaluating and piloting AI tools.
Develop and maintain legal metrics, dashboards and operational reporting.
Support evaluation, implementation, and improvement of the legal tech stack and vendor relationships.
Develop and maintain legal knowledge assets and self-service resources.
Support routine operational, administrative, and data work as priorities evolve.
