Qualifications

• Master's degree and one year of experience working with children.
• Bachelor's degree and two years' experience working with children.
• Experience in residential settings or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains employee schedules to ensure safe clinical coverage.
• Implements systems to organize and monitor work activities.
• Interviews and selects candidates for posted positions.
• Orients new employees and writes development plans.
• Performs supervisory conferences and evaluations with staff.
• Enforces progressive discipline when needed and handles grievances.
• Coordinates mandatory training and treatment-planning reviews.
• Provides clinical supervision to counselors and monitors case management.
