Job summary

Envision is seeking a Program Manager in Farmers Branch, TX to drive sales pursuits within a vertical, coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize resources and win proposals. The role requires leading planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales and customer service experience in an industrial industry.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales opportunities and lead end-to-end pursuit lifecycle across cross-functional teams.
• Develop program objectives, timelines, milestones and oversee multi-project execution.
• Allocate resources, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop program budgets and ensure delivery of value for money.
• Serve as a bridge between senior management, project teams, and external stakeholders.
• Guide and coordinate project managers to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee changes during the program lifecycle to maintain alignment with goals.
