Job summary

SelectTech Services Corp. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead program execution across contracts, partnering with technical, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams.

You will drive scope, budgets, staffing, and vendor engagement while maintaining schedules and governance. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of program-level leadership, familiarity with Earned Value techniques, and a willingness to pursue PMP certification if not already held, with US citizenship and

Qualifications

• BS Degree in any relevant technical or management field.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired or willingness to pursue within the first year.
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management.
• Familiar with Earned Value project management techniques.
• Knowledge of ITAR and US State Department licensing is a plus.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and work breakdown structures.
• Generate and evaluate statements of work and budgets.
• Direct end-to-end program development and execution.
• Communicate expectations to team and stakeholders clearly.
• Assess resources and staffing needs; manage contingency plans.
• Develop progress reports, requirements docs and presentations.
• Negotiate staffing with other department managers when needed.
• Identify dependencies and critical path; manage vendors/subcontractors.
• Travel to sites as required to support installations.
