Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation is seeking a vision-driven Deputy Program Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You will assist the Senior Program Manager to oversee program execution, develop budgets, manage scope, and ensure adherence to safety, integrity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project or program management experience.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired, or willingness to pursue within 1 year.
• Familiarity with FFP, Time & Material contracts, and FAR/DFAR requirements.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS 9100 quality processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, GANTT, PERT, and CPM tools.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Must be able to qualify for and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Direct and manage end-to-end program development and execution.
• Communicate expectations clearly to team and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and budget; draft proposals and budget changes.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Develop reports, requirements documents and presentations (CDR, PDR, TIM).
• Build relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Travel to customer/vendor sites as needed for meetings and installations.
