URBAN LAND INSTITUTE Northwest seeks a Program Manager who will independently manage programs, member groups, and grant-funded initiatives, delivering high-quality experiences for members and stakeholders. You will own panels and advisory processes, coordinate with the Executive Director, and drive two housing councils while piloting an AI-enabled program development effort.

This role requires initiative, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate strategic goals into concrete projects

• Own TAPs end to end: procurement, scoping, execution, reporting and follow-up.
• Lead AI-focused initiative with Executive Director to explore how AI tools can support the development community.
