Job summary

WorkGenius Group in Foster City, CA is seeking a Program Manager for a ~6‑month engagement to own program documentation, trackers, and readiness activities across city launches and customer milestones.

You will lead cross-functional meetings, manage action items, and provide dashboards for leadership visibility, leveraging Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of PM experience and a BS degree, with strong communication and multi-team coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of program or project management experience, ideally supporting multi-team launches or operational programs.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing trackers, action items, and meeting cadences across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize status for working teams and leadership.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, or similar; familiarity with Jira Structure boards or Confluence is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; experience in mobility, ride-hail, autonomous vehicles, regulated environments, or new market and city launches is advantageous.
