Job summary

Torch Technologies, a leading defense contractor, seeks a PM Support professional for the AFRL RW division at Eglin AFB, FL. The role supports acquisition activities, budget analyses, and program documentation with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualified candidates have a Master’s degree or equivalent, 10 years of related experience, and a Secret clearance. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced, spacecraft-like environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of directly related experience.
• Precise attention-to-detail, able to track multiple activities simultaneously.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with MBSE tools, Jira, Confluence, Cameo.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of AF management directives and procedures.
• Administrative duties and office organization experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Current Secret security clearance required at hire and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to Program Managers and Engineers for next-generation weapon development planning.
• Coordinate and communicate with Government and industry partners across teams.
• Prepare analyses, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
• Assist with budget evaluation and investment tracking for RW Leadership.
• Maintain tasker status, calendars, and contact lists for the team.
• Manage multiple CDRL products and document reviews.
• Support program documentation updates and technical process improvements.
• Assist with risk management and technology readiness level progression.
• Prepare briefings and graphics for program updates and events.
• Coordinate large program events, secure rooms, and manage security requirements.
