Job description

Work Requirements:US Citizen, Green Card Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

We are looking for a Program Manager IV with strong experience in export compliance, export classification, and global trade regulations. This individual will support the development, management, and continuous improvement of export compliance programs, with a focus on software, technology, encryption regulations, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct export classification reviews for software, technology, products, development initiatives, vendors, suppliers, and infrastructure-related activities.
• Manage the collection of information and preparation of global trade licenses, declarations, and export authorizations, including deemed export licenses.
• Track U.S. and non-U.S. licenses and authorizations, including renewals, expirations, and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Manage compliance and reporting obligations associated with export licenses and authorizations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on export control programs and business operations.
• Conduct risk assessments related to changes in export control regulations.
• Develop and manage compliance metrics and reporting for leadership.
• Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to evaluate export control requirements and develop compliance solutions.
• Support additional projects related to global trade and export compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in export compliance within a global corporate environment.
• 5+ years of experience with U.S. export classification under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Strong knowledge of software and technology export controls, including encryption regulations.
• 5+ years of experience working with engineering teams to determine export control requirements.
• 5+ years of experience using SNAP‑R.
• 3+ years of experience managing an export classification program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with export controls for software and technology.
• Experience with hardware export controls.
• Experience with non-U.S. export regulations.
• Experience with sanctions compliance.
• Knowledge of dual‑use export classification and licensing requirements.
