Position Purpose

The Program Manager IV is responsible for planning and delivering strategic programs and large-scale enterprise projects to meet company objectives. This role provides leadership and support to teams, ensuring successful completion of initiatives and creating executive communications for updates and discussions.

Responsibilities

1. Lead large, cross-functional projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee project planning and management, ensuring deliverables and standards are met.
2. Coordinate work of project managers and analysts across various departments.
3. Develop dashboards and reports for executive updates and analytics post-implementation.
4. Provide training and best practices to team members and peers, collaborating with the training team.
5. Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees and work with leaders to assess and escalate risks.
6. Manage risks, budgets, dependencies, and conduct strategic analyses of business opportunities.
7. Serve as the escalation point for project issues and risks, working with teams to resolve and communicate effectively.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Medicare experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and staff supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Healthcare or managed care experience is a plus.

License/Certification

• Preferred: PMP or PgMP certification.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $86,000 - $154,700 annually. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, stock plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and flexible work arrangements. Actual pay depends on experience and qualifications.
